Harvest Centre for Research, Training & Development Pte Ltd (HRTD) is a private organisation, set up to provide a networking platform providing opportunities for professional individuals, and bodies to work together in their pursuit for knowledge, expertise, research, development, publication and training for working with children and families

HRTD comprises the Board of Directors who is liable for the well being of the organization, financially. In support of its professional practices, an individual body known as the PAC (Professional Advisory Council) was formed to strategically ensure ethical and appropriate practices in every field related to children and families.

It was significant that PAC was eventually made up of knowledgeable, experienced and honourable professionals in the field of psycholology, psychiatry, educational leadership, social development, child and family development.
